Twenty-five years ago, I started teaching IT and technology. Since then, I’ve helped thousands of people—from complete beginners to senior professionals—understand complex systems.
Along the way, I trained as an aeronautical engineer (systems thinking) and pursued architecture (design thinking). These aren’t separate skills—they all converge on the same principle: good design solves problems elegantly.
